Since MyFitnessPal doesn’t list Farmer’s Carry, that “Walk w/ infant/15 lbs” actually represents a minute of carrying my 18lb kettle bell in between every two sets. Despite not jumping around, I am pouring sweat.

And now a protein shake awaits me.
